**The version shown is lined, but the final order will be UNLINED. It was discovered after I made this sample that the Millfield is meant to be an unlined loafer. I made a mistake when I ordered this sample, and instead of offering it as a F-width to compensate for the lining, I'd rather simply offer the final order as unlined and E-width
